Josh was friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. He did a great job of communicating which bugs he found and how it was being dealt with. I appreciate the warranty offered. I’m glad I called Kodiak.

Awesome service! First got to talk through all of my concerns with the owner Jacob. He answered all of my questions and talked through service plans. I then got to meet Nick who came out and inspected. Very knowledgeable and talked me through everything. Put my mind at ease having him look around. He then sprayed around the outside of my house and perimeter. Excellent company and friendly technician. Definitely recommend!
