I cannot say enough good things about Kobars Auto. They took excellent care of my 2008 Acura with 185k miles and were incredibly thoughtful and transparent throughout the process. While replacing my water pump and timing belt (my elective preventive choice), they contacted me mid-repair to suggest replacing the engine mounts, which I already knew needed to be done, and offered to do it for the cost of the parts only, with no additional labor since everything was already apart. That level of honesty and consideration really stood out and was very much appreciated. Kasey is absolutely amazing. I feel like she’s my new best friend! Communication was clear, friendly, and never pushy. On top of that, I recently purchased another 16-year-old vehicle for my teenage son and brought it in for an inspection. They provided thorough feedback that helped me feel confident about the purchase. I took it on a 3-hour drive to Pinetop, right after and didn't worry about a thing. What truly went above and beyond was that, as a courtesy, they coordinated with the third party they recommend to rekey vehicles and had them come out while my car was already there to rekey a replacement key (since I only had one). They essentially just did a pass-through for that service, saving me the hassle of making another call and scheduling a separate appointment. It was incredibly kind and convenient. Kobars was recommended to me by another mechanic, and my experience was truly top notch. Honest, professional, and genuinely caring. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a shop they can trust.
