KEVIN IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I went into their shop on Dec 29, where I bought my Whirlpool Duet Dryer last year, and told them I needed someone to come out, Adrian told me he would have someone at my house that Thursday or Friday, well, Thursday was New Years, so I figured Friday the 2nd. No call, no help. Went down there the next week, Adrian promised me that night he would talk to the tech. That night and a few more nights went by and I went down there again. They sent a tech out end of last Friday, said it was the computer, that the guys that set it up put the plug wire backwards and it made it short with time. Charged me $25.00 to come out, that's ok. Said would be back saturday. Nothing....called, said they didn't have the computer in the shop but would go to get it or order it. Yesterday he tells me that he was at the store to get the computer part. NOTHING..no call back nothing. I went down there this afternoon, around 245pm, the guys had no idea what to do, they all knew me. So one called KEVIN, the owner and told him to talk to me, he hung up. The guy called him back and he said what do you want. I said I have been here for 3 weeks waiting for someone to fix my dryer. He says we can't get the part what do you want. I said why didn't you tell me from the get go you couldn't help me. He when did you buy the dryer, I said last year, he said what do you want from me, but yelling, so I talked loud and said, I wanted you to be honest and not give me the run around for 3 weeks, he told me to get out of his shop, to get off his property. UNREALLLLL.. Responding to your comment, Kevin, To make this clear, I did purchase the dryer at your store. I did not want to purchase another dryer at this time. Why did it take you almost 3 weeks to send out the tech to check the dryer? I don't mind the $25.00 fee, what I do mind if the fact that I had to chase your people for 3 weeks to get answers. And then you started yelling at me first, asking me what did I want you to do, you yelled first Kevin, don't try to be this respectful person. I was respectful until you started yelling at me and telling me basically to get lost. Ask your guys, I was always very respectful. YOU as the owner, should know about customer service!!! You just wanted to get me to buy a dryer instead of helping me. You should of been truthful from the beginning. So no, don't try to turn this around on me. I flipped out after you told me to get out of your store and screamed at me. I will definitely continue to discourage people from giving you their business. You do not deserve good people to help you grow when you aren't honest with your existing customers.
