My Samsung tv I purchased in 2017 decided it didn’t want to work right on a Friday morning. I called Del’s the following Monday and dropped the tv off the same day. I was told I’d hear something from them in a day or so. Wednesday he called with the diagnosis (it needed a new motherboard)and said they had the part and it would be ready to pickup later that day. Total for repair was $175 - cheaper than buying a new tv and kept one out of the landfill. Based on my experience, I’d recommend Del’s if I knew someone needing their tv repaired.
Very reasonable.fixed our 47 inch tv in a week ...good as new for a great price!! This guy is very honest and really knows his stuff.location a bit dicey but that's the only negative.
My Samsung Smart TV had just stopped working one day while watching it. I put it away in the basement for over 31/2 years. I finally decided to see if it could be fixed, especially seeing as how the TV was relatively in good condition. I found Del’s online, & after reading the good reviews, I decided to take a chance. So glad that I did. John was very friendly. He fixed it within 2-3 days, at a very reasonable price. Certainly a lot cheaper than purchasing a new 50” Samsung Smart TV. I now have an extra TV to put out on my Deck during those beautiful Summer nights, & I’m looking forward to doing so. I highly recommend Del’s Television. I inc... I called for general pricing while just trying to talk through what the common causes are. The gentleman response was “it could be anything” in a I’m getting on his nerve tone. I followed by asking what are the diagnostic fees to bring the TV in. Without a model number I couldn’t get an answer. I was instructed to call back when I knew the model number not just brand of TV. Explaining to the customer why this information is so important to the pricing would be the proper customer service a customer would be looking for. Maybe this place is great but I’ll never know based on this gentleman’s people skills.
