Kingdom Based Plumbing

Had a new water heater installed by another company and within a month we were already having issues and had no hot water. We happen to speak with Jason with Kingdom Based Plumbing and we sent him some pictures of the new tank. He immediately was able to tell that the company we used to put the new water tank in did not even install the correct tank nor did they plumb it properly. If we did not have to use the company who installed the wrong tank because of warranty issues, we would 100% hands down choose to use Kingdom Based Plumbing. Jason did not need to go the extra mile to help us especially since we didn’t use their company but he did and he saved us from having to spend a bunch of extra money. I would 100% recommend Kingdom Based Plumbing and especially Jason for all of your plumbing needs.

They replaced the washer box and washing machine valves just in time for my new washer installation the same day (after I accidentally broke the valve while removing the old machine the day before). They were professional, responsive, and efficient from start to finish. Everything was handled quickly and done right the first time. Great service and great people — I’m very thankful!
