Kinetic Fiber Internet - Somerset, KY

Unfortunately google doesn't let you leave a review with no stars, but 10 out of 10 would not recommend, There is more time without internet than with, I've had to go almost a whole month with spotty and very unreliable internet, and still get charged full price. I was originally scheduled to have a tech come out here on the 5th to fix it. Took the day off work and no tech showed. Instead the tech claimed he came out on the 20th which I can't confirm or deny because no one was home and the issue still isn't resolved. They have no problem reaching into my bank account and taking $140 for just internet I do not have a bundle, but getting them to do right by the customer is impossible.
