No internet. Checked on Friday, my appointment I made 2 weeks ago for first thing Monday was still on. Checked Sunday same result. Drove 4 hours for the appointment. 8 AM Monday still good. 9:30 Monday SORRY postponed until Tuesday. I was not very happy about staying overnight. Called Josh at the Somerset office and he got things straightened out. (Thanks) Ayden, the tech was on-site in 2 hours and had the problem resolved in 20 minutes. Aden was very courteous and explained the problem. He was great
