I called for a home heating oil delivery this morning and I was told it would be 5-7 days for the delivery - I was a little disappointed that the wait would be that long. Another surprise, my delivery was completed the next day.
There is one thing to make note of. With the transition from Hugh Duffy Coal to HOP Energy, the level of Customer Service isn't what it used to be. I have been a customer since moving to Vermont in 1988 and I would think that that level of customer loyalty would count for something more than just another name on an account roster.
I had a question about the fuel oil price lock program, and Sasha was very helpful. I will be calling back later to get the price lock amount and to adjust my budget payment if need be.
My family and I have been using Keyser Energy/Hop Energy at our camp on Lake Bomoseen for years, and have always been beyond pleased with the service and pricing that we’ve received, but today I was asked to post a review in connection with a customer service experience that took place this afternoon when I called to make a basic inquiry about our heating system. I am happy to say that the Keyser/Hop’s customer assistance associate who answered my call, I think her name was Sasha (sorry if I’m getting the name wrong, you were wonderful, but I’ve had a long day), was great! She was friendly and professional, she clearly valued my time, and she fully answered all my questions including obtaining technical answers for me from the service department while placing me on the briefest of holds.
I have always been pleased with my experiences with Keyser/Hop’s service and sales personnel, so I wasn’t surprised to have such a positive experience with their customer service personnel. It is clear to me that Keyser/Hop know the importance of having good, proficient and just darn nice people representing them.
I would not hesitate recommending Keyser/Hop to anyone because they have never disappointed me!

We recently had a min-split installed at our home and were very impressed with Keyser's professionalism and service throughout the process. Cody the sales representative was very attentive and answered all our questions.
The technicians Albert and Mike also did a great job with the actual install and made sure we were aware of all aspects of functionality with the new system.
