While we had to wait for the weekend to pass (our issues started on a Saturday), I was put on the wait-list Monday and received a call the next morning that someone could come out. Brandon was very polite and did a great job explaining what was going on with our pipes, as well as talked us through prevention tips for further issues. I appreciated his calm demeanor, given how stressed I'd been about the ongoing issue. Sincerely hoping we don't have further issues, but I know who I'll be calling if we do.
