Absolutely terrible! I got locked out in 20degrees weather and the technician told me 35 minutes but did not show up for an hour and 30 minutes and then charged me $450 saying it is standard around area even though all other places charge 200 or less. When I said I can pay by card he told me he would charge me an additional 3.5% for using a card. Absolutely misusing someone in need. Extremely disappointed. I would give zero stars if I could.
Terrible service! I have ordered two pair of keys on 10/31 via kiosk. The kiosk said the keys will be shipped in 48 hours. After waiting for 3 days, I emailed the customer care and they asked for verifying my address. It was the same mailing address I had entered in the kiosk. Later, I received the keys on 11/7 (super slow). Finally, when I tried them on my lock, the keys did not turned and were unable to open the lock. Overall, it was a horrible experience.
This was my first time to use and all went smooth. Thankful also for the giant worker assistant that was very helpful. The keys work well and i even got one free of charge.
