We had a great experience with Kerns. Our salesperson, Shannon, did a great job of listening to what we were looking for and finding options in our price range. Installation was quick and easy! Very professional.

Waste of time. Went there and sorted thru samples finding the perfect ones for my house. The guy working at the time wasn’t knowledgeable on the installation they could or couldn’t do, so I gave my contact info, but never heard back.

I am in love with our new carpet and staircase runner, and am so thankful to Shannon at Kerns for helping me! I had never purchased carpet before, and she was so patient in explaining everything to me and helping me make the perfect choices for my home! Also, the installation team of Perry, Tony, and Matt were fantastic. They were true masters of their craft - taking time to make sure the patterns were absolutely perfect. I was worried something would be off and drive me crazy for the next twenty years, but they did an incredible job! My upstairs feels like a totally new house. THANK YOU SO MUCH Kerns!

I worked with John at Kerns to purchase carpet for my office. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. He made some great recommendations based on the room being carpeted and it's location in my house (basement with concrete floor). I'll definitely be going back if I need carpet in the future.
