First class experience with Kentucky Mirror & Plate Glass. We had a custom shower built. Called KM&PF for a glass quote. They came out promptly, the pricing was very competitive, delivery and install was quicker than expected and the job was done perfectly. Throughout, the communication was great too. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Will use them again. And our contractor, who had not used them before, told us they’d be their go vendor from now on.
I’ve personally used them for over 50 years to fabricate shower enclosures, cut difficult patterns to match antique glazed doors in cabinets. They always have my go to for showcase tops or whatever you need when it comes to glass or mirrors. Would highly recommend from residential use to commercial as most of the skyscrapers in downtown Louisville the glass is from them and they maintain all the facade of glass in those buildings.
Fixed a mirrored bi-fold closet door. Excellent job reasonable cost. $100 The reason for the two star review is the customer service. The ladies in office was nice enough but when they brought out my door the guy from the back acted like I insulted him by asking for something to wrap it in. I would have thought that a glass place would have plenty of packing material or I would have brought my own. Luckily I got to the job site without breaking it considering that they only had one small piece of cardboard to wrap it with. Depending on what you're purchasing take your own packing material.
