I have been back and forth to Kens in Macon 4 times after spending over 2,000 on a simple custom 6x9 build on a 12 woofer. The technician can't seem to get my system playing right. This is sooooo unacceptable. I have never had these issues with Kens beforehand. What is going on with Kens of Macon?? However, I am impressed with how they handled the situation. I was upgraded to a better amplifier which not only fixed the issue but provided an even better sound. Hats off to Dexter for showing excellent customer service and conversing with me throughout the entire process. Thank you Dexter
