Kennedy Transmission, CVT & Auto

I recently purchased a 2013 Malibu that was not treated well by the previous owner - I noticed some problems when shifting between 2nd and 3rd gear, so my father told me to have Kennedy Transmission check it out! My father was born and raised in the Twin Cities, has worked with Kennedy many times over the years and had nothing but positive things to say! I called Kennedy Transmission and spoke with Blaze twice - he was so incredibly helpful, polite and professional; he listened to my concerns and offered a ton of great advice, then gave me a quote of a couple hundred bucks for a transmission fluid flush. Because I had to stay there while they worked on it, they were kind enough to book an appointment for me. Upon arrival, Mark kindly greeted me at the front desk - after taking my info and keys, I waited outside. After about 1.5 hours they wrapped up working on my car, and Mark spent a good chunk of his time to explain what they found, what they did, and educating me on transmissions and how it all works! Mark went on to knock a few small items off the invoice to bring the amount owed down to what I was quoted! I told Mark how I heard about Kennedy Transmission and it seemed to make his day - he told me that their entire team strives for excellence to ensure they're always doing good business for their customers, and from what I can tell, that is definitely how they run things! The entire experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend Kennedy to anyone having issues with their transmission! Side note: While I was waiting, I noticed a vehicle had seemingly broken down across the street - I saw two mechanics walk to the vehicle with a jump starter to help get the driver on their way, and I thought that was just absolutely amazing. These people are awesome!!!!! :)
