Kendhammer A-1 Roofing and Construction

We recently had our 25 year old roof replaced by Kendhammer A-1 Roofing and Construction. The roofing crew was incredibly efficient and did a great job of protecting the perimeter with tarps over shrubbery and plantings. Cleanup after job completion was excellent. Gene was on the job site throughout the work assuring that every detail was taken care of exactly as we had contracted. Gene was a pleasure to work with and very customer oriented. We just had our roof replaced and some work done on our gutters with Kendhammer and they were great. Our sales rep Gene was very helpful and actually saved us money by suggesting that we fix our existing soffit and fascia instead of replacing it, which I really respected - we got bids from several companies and Kendhammer's pricing was very competitive in the first place, but this pushed us to choose them. The crews who did the work were efficient, friendly, and tidy. Overall very satisfied with our experience.

We started our roofing/siding project about a couple of months ago. We planned to get a couple of bids. Kendhammer recently did some work in our area & I saw the yard sign. We reached out to them & Gene was quick to respond. He was out to our house within a couple of days to assess our roof & siding, even checking our attic for deck issues. One other company who claims to be "Aces" took about a week to come & a month to get a bid. Gene had a bid back to us in a couple of days & the roof bid was $2000 less than the competitors & the siding was half the cost of the other guys! The roof took a day & a couple of hours the second day. The whole crew had our yard cleaned up by the end of the first day. Our siding project took a couple of weeks & looks amazing. The crew cleaned up the trash every night. We had a couple of issues throughout the process but were taken care of right away & no additional costs to us. We also had them install a new front door for us too. We would recommend Kendhammer for all your exterior needs. Gene is a throwback to when customer service mattered most. We appreciated the constant contact & making things right!
