Horrible experience. Fire happened on Nov 30th 2021, and my tenants never got back in until August 2022. This was a small project, a 950 sq foot condo. Absolutely nothing was touched until June of 2022. It just sat for months and months. All I got was excuses, and things were not done properly at all. I was given a new property manager, that had way too much on his plate. I was gone for three months for the winter, and my project just got pushed aside, because they took on too much work, and did not have enough help. I had to go there 2-3 times daily to check on things. I caught many mistakes, that saved Kelman money. If I would not have done tis, the project would have taken even longer. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

New member hey guys

Ana, Nancy, Edwardo and Aberham did a great job last Thursday morning! They brought the contents of my basement back from my garage and a trailer after water damage repairs were completed. The weather was getting warmer, but no complaints, and finished quicker than I expected. Set the furniture up in the places I wanted, with boxes stacked in the areas that worked well. The crew was friendly and worked well together! I would recommend Kelmann to anybody that needs restoration work. I was able to start my Holiday weekend early, thanks to them.
