Brian Eckart was very professional and very quick to help us find the stove we wanted, unfortunately it was not available for immediate delivery, but it was no problem at all because it arrived within the expected time. The delivery was punctual at the scheduled time, Tyler and Michael were excellent, efficient and very attentive! Thank you Karl’s team!
