I had a hard time committing due to the reviews but I did as every other bat control place at the time was out months and I needed a fast solution. I'm local to Huron, they were out within the week to come quote me on my needed project. It was a bit pricey but I expected it; as sealing up a two story home and providing a bat exit would be daunting. I also had a spray done for bat mites in my loft / attic. The guy that comes to Huron is friendly and didn't mind my dogs being a bit excited he was in the house. Did his job and I got the bill, all work was insured unless roof replacement happened and guess what? I replaced my roof not 3 months later, I broke insurance agreement and expected to pay full price again. I asked them if they could come back and do it for a lower price than the initial seal up and they did; couple hundred bucks cheaper which was surprising. I haven't seen one bat or bat mite in my house since the work was done. Unfortunately it seems a rough start for google reviews for Premier Pest control but I can say in my personal experience it was 5 star. Work was done quick, and efficiently.

Unfortunately I did not end up using them. They gave me a quote of between 8 hundred and 14 hundred dollars and told me they would be out the following Friday. They never showed or called. A week later I still had heard nothing from them so I called. They said they were really busy but would get to us early in the week. By Wednesday night they were still a no call no show so I contacted another company who gave me a precise bid and time.
