I took one of my collectible cars my Pontiac Grand Prix in for an oil leak the main issue. I was charged $3800 for other services that the shop said was needed. After picking up the vehicle it was still leaking oil and making a loud noise so I took it back. Picked it up again it’s still doing the same-thing. I asked for a refund and was told no. I literally drove by this shop multiple times during the days to see that my car was barely being worked on. Make the appointment! I brought my car in on a Wednesday and had my car back by Friday. Jason explained my problem well and kept me informed about my repairs. I had a wedding to attend two days from the date I brought my car in and he made sure my car was ready in time. Make the appointment, they can fix it.

I heard great things from friends about this place before bringing my daughters car in. I was feeling like I was getting the run around from another shop and just wanted a second opinion. I spoke with the owner at K&M, and explained my frustrations to him. He told me to bring the car in and let them look it over. The next day he contacted me and told me the diagnosis was correct and what it would run to repair the vehicle. He said his shop did not perform the work that was needed and recommend someone I could take it to. I thanked him and asked what I owed.
