Water Processing

DO NOT do business with them. My bills are usually drafted directly from my bank, and that is how this company set things up when we purchased our system. We received an annual system check and were not aware it was billed separately, so we overlooked the emails and never received an invoice in the mail. The person I spoke with attempted to “handle” me over the phone over a $200 charge and went as far as making threats toward my husband, which I found completely unacceptable. Water Processing did an outstanding job installing a soft water system at my home. There was some difficulty that was encountered and was quickly and professionally resolved. Management even offered to provide us with extra water. I also noticed I may have a small leak and they responded promptly to send a tech to my house to get the issue resolved. Job well done!

I am thrilled to have soft water again! The first 3 and half months with the hard water was already affecting my new appliances and no more water spots on everything and the dishwasher itself. The best is the showers! My hair is thicker and softer and my skin in general is looking better every day. I highly recommend this product and the company! Water Processing, LLC is the best!

Nick and Teo were great. They hooked our ice machine up and it was a bit challenging. But they did an awesome job. They cleaned up after they were done. Didn’t leave any trash and were very professional. Thank Guys we appreciate you. Donna
