DO NOT do business with them. My bills are usually drafted directly from my bank, and that is how this company set things up when we purchased our system. We received an annual system check and were not aware it was billed separately, so we overlooked the emails and never received an invoice in the mail. The person I spoke with attempted to “handle” me over the phone over a $200 charge and went as far as making threats toward my husband, which I found completely unacceptable. When I expressed that I did not appreciate the threats, he became even more rude and unprofessional. The customer service was absolutely terrible. I am not sure if I was speaking with the owner, but the behavior was unacceptable regardless. Zero stars for customer service. I should have trusted those who warned me not to use this company, as they had experienced the same issues with their rude employees.
