We’ve lived in our home for 23 years and have a few issues with our concrete tile roof. We’ve only used one contractor (Jure) for repairs. Recently, we received a notice from our insurance carrier that they had determined via Google Earth that our roof had mold/mildew that required remediation. I call Jure and they came and determined there was no problem and stated so in an e-mail which I forwarded to the insurance. They still insisted it was mold/mildew and needed to be fixed. I asked Jure for a quote to appease them instead Mike gathered photos and broucher info and sent them directly to our carrier. They have now rescinded their demand for remediation.
