These guys are amazing! Especially the tech who fixed my sons ps5. They even had him bring his controller and fixed that as well. They replaced the hdmi port and added some liquid metal. They also gave it a good clean. They provided me with pictures of the console to show me how dirty it was inside so I could see what they needed to do. They were very friendly and prices were the best around. They don't try to convince you to buy things or parts that is not needed and I like that because most places do that stuff. I will Definitely be returning ☺️ they did a great job and it only took one day.

Hello, my name is Javier, and I had a terrible experience at Jukon-Tech Services LLC (Reading, PA).
From the very beginning, the owner was extremely rude. I am Latino and I do not speak English, so I tried to communicate using a translator, but he refused to read or listen. Instead, I spoke with someone who seemed to be his son and explained the problem with my PC: it would shut down when it reached around 80°C and kept restarting over and over. I paid him $50, and I left.
The next day, the owner claimed that I left the PC there and never paid, which was completely false. He called his son saying I never gave him any money. The shop has cameras, and after more than 20 minutes reviewing the footage, the video showed that I did pay the $50. Only then did he apologize, but after treating me very badly.
I had Windows 10 because I thought the shutdown issue might be caused by Windows 11 being corrupted, so I downgraded to Windows 10. However, that had nothing to do with the issue, because the problem continued exactly the same.
Later, I asked them to change the liquid in my liquid cooling system, which is normal maintenance to keep the CPU cool. The owner told me that the liquid does not need to be changed, which is false. Well-known brands like Corsair even sell the coolant, and liquid cooling systems do require maintenance.
On the second visit, they claimed they cleaned my PC, but when I picked it up, it was just as dirty as before. The filters had the same stains, and the liquid cooling was still dirty (I have photos).
For this supposed cleaning and for changing from Windows 10 to Windows 11, they charged me $150.
I took my PC home, and the problem was still there. It kept shutting down, so I had to return again. From day one, they never truly knew what the problem was. They only kept saying it could be the motherboard or the fans, without doing a proper diagnosis.
On the third visit, the owner opened the liquid cooling area and said that was the problem. When I came back to pick up my PC, I noticed that one of the top fans was broken and disconnected. The day before, both fans were working perfectly. Clearly, they broke the fan, then claimed that was the issue and told me I had to replace all the fans myself. I have photos as proof.
I decided to take my PC to uBreakiFix. Their diagnostic fee is higher ($60), but it was worth it. I also had to pay for two fans, because one was damaged at Jukon-Tech.
At uBreakiFix, they found the real problem: the power supply was defective. It was not the motherboard, not the fans, and not the CPU. I have been using my PC for several days now, and the issue is completely gone.
I want to make it very clear that Jukon-Tech Services LLC does not know how to properly diagnose PCs. From the first day, they only made guesses and tried to get me to replace expensive parts without any real reason.
To make things worse, the owner also said that my graphics card was bad for gaming, even though I have an RTX 4070 Super 12GB paired with a Ryzen 9 5950X (16 cores), which is a high-end PC. Saying that a 4070 Super is bad clearly shows a lack of knowledge.
I do not recommend this place.
Terrible customer service, wrong diagnostics, damage to my equipment, and unfair charges. I have photos and proof of everything I stated.
