Have always had exceptional service & work with John's over the past few yesrs. Brought in a Lincoln SUV with battery drainage issues. He did a complete voltage & diagnostic check. Vehicle has been running issue free ever since. A big thanks to John's for ease of service & quick turnaround. Much appreciated. Will defintely be back.

I can't say enough good things about John from John's Automotive Repair Shop. I was traveling alone and my car died at the halfway point to my destination. I was quickly getting to the point of frustration trying to find someone, anyone, that would answer their phone and could get me in. The road assistance got in touch with John's when I asked for a recommendation of where to go that would try to fit me in, was honest, and not take advantage of my situation. After being turned away by half a dozen other mechanics to get a heating control valve replaced in thr dead of winter (I have a hybrid, I understand), John didn't hesitate to get me in. He was up front about how long everything would take and gave a realistic estimate for cost. Only hiccup was dropping it off. His other mechanic didn't show that day so he wasn't able to get to me as soon as planned, but talked me through my options and made it so I left feeling reassured rather than frustrated. I'd recommend John's if you're in a bind, he's willing to go the extra mile.

Took my targa top from my corvette to John and asked if he had time to look at bolts that were stripped out. He immediately got to work and had the bolts out in about 30 min. I asked him what I owed and he said 100 bucks , I asked if he was serious and he said yes . I paid him cash , he pocketed the money and said have a good day . Avoid this shop , I feel that was way too high and was not even given a receipt .

I've done business with John's Automotive for a decade and have never had a bad experience with the business. I respect his honest opinion about repairs and his willingness to work with you. I've had my Maserati, Mercedes, and Chrysler and many others serviced at this establishment. I will continue supporting this business and recommend him to others
