All the engine mounts failed on my Pacifica hybrid while on an epic month long road trip from Toronto, when I'm the furthest from home! Bill and his team got my Pacifica back in working order while I enjoyed the sights and tastes of San Diego. Knowing it's an engine issue I was hesitant to use an independent mechanic, but I was glad I did. They have experience with Pacifica hybrid (they had another one already in the shop) and knew exactly what to do. I highly recommend these folks for your routine maintenance if you are local to San Diego or if you are travelling and need help with your vehicle.

They were so great!! I went in for oil change. They noticed something up with my coolant topped it off. I told them it was low next day and they checked it out for free the next day to give me piece of mind. Julio was excellent and really most humanistic morale mechanics I’ve ever interacted with! Everyone in waiting room was saying the same thing. I def will be back!! Great to have a mechanic you can TRUST. They are about building relationships not just business . Thank you again guys!! They explained everything clearly, were genuinely kind and patient, and even spoke with my dad multiple times to make sure we fully understood the situation since I’m not the most car-savvy. They truly went above and beyond to make me feel supported and informed. After years of being a customer, I can confidently say I trust Dragonfly Automotive completely. They’re honest, transparent, and fair with their pricing. My car is now running smoothly again, and I’ll continue bringing it here.
