John personally came out to inspect the project himself. He explained what the scope of the work was. He notice my carport did not have enough pitch and should not have shingles on it. My wife was leery about it as our neighbors has shingles. When the inspector came and inspected I asked about it and explained like John that with that little bit of pitch that the water could be easier blown up under the shingles and cause damage. When the work was being done my neighbor said that they didn’t even realize that they were replacing my roof as of how quietly they did the work. My roof looks awesome and I am very pleased.John also provided me with pics after it was completed showing where there was damaged sheet that was replaced. They also gave me a discount on leveling my house for doing it at the same time as my roof.
