Very impressed with Jake who came out to give a project quote for replacing my furnace. He was very thorough and discussed all of my options. I'm happy to be working with him and the JCF team. I also was very pleased to have Justin come out to do the annual inspection of my HVAC unit and make recommendations for what needs to be done to either replace or repair the 18 year old system. Both were very professional, efficient, and easy to ask questions. Highly recommend JCF.

I called John C. Flood to help me to resolve a persistent sewer gas smell that was coming from the toilet in the basement of my house. The tech (John S.) who came out to my home was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem and explain the what was causing the odor issue.
