Above and beyond service! My sonβs 2004 Grand Am driver window went down and would not close up. Itβs a Friday afternoon and the plan is for my son to drive home for winter break from ETSU back to Raleigh. I called Joe, and he said he would take care of my son. He was able to get the parts the next day to start the work. On Saturday, he ran into issues, but worked until 11:30 pm on a Saturday to finish the job. On top of all of this, he offered my son a discount.π³ Nothing but good to say about the entire experience. Joe is passionate about helping people and it shined through for us.
