I wish I could rate him a negative 1000! All he does is duck and dodge you once you pay him and never fixes anything. He showed up without the tools or part and still made me pay the service charge and refused to come back and fix it. All he did was lie everyday like he was coming and never showed up. He has no idea how to run a business or how to communicate for that matter. If you want to be frustrated and lose money then give Joey a call. I will be reporting him. Smh.
My refrigerator quit working about a month ago. I called Joey Wilkinson to come and fix it. He has been out 3 different times to repair it and charged me over 200 dollars. Well my refrigerator still is not working properly. It freezes up and quits. I can take the back off in the freezer and thaw it out and it will do good for about seven days. I decided to just get a new one instead of paying Joey any additional to repair it and than for it to still not work. I talked to Lowes this morning. My new refrigerator was supposed to delivered tomorrow, but for some reason they did not receive it in. They expect to receive it next Monday and they wil... Than Tuesday when they leave to bring it to me they will call to let me know they are on the way. They apologized for the unforseen delay. Someday's it seems like things go from bad to worse and it never quits. But there is always a rainbow at the end of every storm and it all works out. I need to be grateful that I was able to purchase a new one and be patient until it arrives. Until than i can thaw the one I have out and make it work.
I would give 0 stars if possible!!! I bought a fridge for a rental unit, kinda worked for about a week. The family lost all of their food, Joey would only make promises to fix it… he never showed up & refused to give me back my money. Promised a 30 day warranty, nothing but lies. Terrible work ethic, terrible customer service, & NO integrity.
