Made an appointment, they were charge 95 dollar trip charge. I spent my only day off waiting for the repair man who never called or showed. I left message, no return call! Wish I could charge them for my time waiting around for them not to come .

Ladd Appliance Service was great! Katie followed up with me about my appointment as well as to make sure that we had ice again. Adam was friendly, efficient, and he knew exactly what to do. I’d recommend them to any of my family or friends! Thanks, y’all!

A big shout-out to Danny! He texted me at 3:50 to come to my house today(Friday), I wasn't home till 4:15. Didn't have my phone till then. He said he was already home, but gladly came. He was very knowledgeable. My washer is running great now!! Thanks Danny!!

If I could give lower than one star, I would. I called them (left voicemails) 6-7 times to schedule a service call to fix my dryer. I also went online to Maytag to schedule a service call that way. I've done that twice. I had my son drive TO their business to just see if they were maybe out of business. Nope. They were there and said they had been too busy for 3 days to call me back. The secretary said she was sending guys out to fix the dryer the next day after they completed a job in Benton. I waited around, and no one showed up. Ladd's worked on my dryer in November 2024 for this same issue. After the Nov visit, we purchased the exte... If I could give lower than one star, I would.
