I can’t say enough good things about Jim. I called him on a sati, initially to hire him to install the lock that I was having a lot of difficulty with. Instead, he walked me through everything so that I could do it on my own. He was incredibly patient and kno. He even checked back on me to make sure everything was done. His kindness and patience comes through in his voice and personality. I would very, very highly recommend their services to anyone.
We accidentally locked our rental car key in the car’s trunk. The locksmith arrived quickly and had the car open with no damage in less than 5 minutes. He was extremely kind & the price was very reasonable. Thanks so much for the excellent service!!
Jim is the best locksmith I ever met! We rented El Monte RV and their storage key was so fragile and broken easily. In the midnight, we called Jim and he was able to help us fix the key quickly and smoothly! He is so warm and kind.
We had a broken Key on our RV. Jim came to the campground. Took out the broken part of the lock and manufactured a new one in just 20 Minutes. Very friendly, very good communication. Key works without problems. Best locksmith I met so far.
