We were visiting from out of town and stopped into this shop while exploring Jackson Hole. Unfortunately, our experience with the woman working behind the counter was very disappointing. When we asked to see a necklace displayed behind the counter, she responded in an unfriendly and curt manner. When we inquired about the price, she simply told us it was “an investment,” and her tone made us feel uncomfortable rather than informed. After that, she walked away without offering any additional information or showing us anything else. The overall impression we were left with was that we were inconveniencing her by asking questions. It certainly did not make us feel welcome as customers—or as visitors to the area. We hope the store takes this feedback to heart and works toward improving customer interactions in the future.
