Though I believe the company should consider accepting online parts from reputable online companies that sells vehicle parts, this company did a great job at repairing my vehicle. Every employee I've met in person or spoke with via phone, has demonstrated professionalism and has exemplified a pleasant disposition in our engagements.Though my vehicle 's parts are challenging to find, this company have worked diligently finding those parts. As a result of the parts being scarce, the company will no longer be servicing most Smart Cars, but agreed to perform smaller jobs on my vehicle when needed. I am very grateful.

My experience with Jefferson Auto Service was incredible! They were so kind, helpful, thorough, and my car runs better than it ever has. Their prices were very fair and reasonable. Personally, the best part is the super detailed report you get when you have the diagnostic test done. I’ve never received a report with such detail that includes pictures and videos of the assessments of YOUR car being done. As someone who loves data, this was absolutely fascinating and so comforting to know that I wasn’t paying for something I didn’t need. My cars will never see another automotive shop because they are my forever mechanics now. Super grateful for them and their skill and hospitality! 10/10 all around! And they have complementary full size cans of Diet Coke (as well as many other options) in their waiting area!! What a luxury!
