I had a good experience with them. They came over to look at a dishwasher, made a quick and effective fix. While over, they volunteered to take a look at a gas stove/oven that another company said needed extensive repairs to the extent it would be best to just replace it. The guys from Jefferson Appliance diagnosed the problem and quickly and effectively fixed the problem with no additional charge, potentially saving me hundreds of dollars for a new appliance. Thanks!
