He did my Central heating to transfer it to propane and was quick and didn't give me the runs around like the previous plumber did, that's exactly what I needed, great work! Very professional and nice. Would refer his service to anyone. God bless JD company .🙏 🙌

I will never recommend this company to my enemies. They have some good employees but have very bad business practices. I called them to tell them about two outside faucets that were leaking. I told them that I had called a previous plumber who told me that both faucets needed to be replaced. But I wanted a second opinion about one of the faucets as I was able to fix one by tightening it by myself. They said they would send someone to come take a look at this. Two nice guys came the next day, looked at the faucet for 5 minutes, said that the faucet was better replaced, and left. I told them that I had home warranty insurance but they declined... I have used them for myself (drainage problem) & for my son (water heater replacement). Making and scheduling appointments were very easy and appointments made in appropriate timeframe. When technician came to my home, he was friendly and explained the services needed and approximate cost before starting the work. He did an excellent job. At my son’s home, the technician replaced the water heater in a timely manner and was very courteous to my son and daughter in law. I would highly recommend JD’s.
