I showed up on John’s doorstep with a nearly 100 year old ring that I wanted to see if we could rework into a modern engagement ring. John did that and more— he made a stunning ring that we will cherish for life. The process was efficient and professional. I loved it because it was personalized, I wasn’t just getting a cookie cutter ring from a supplier. I was helping to create a unique and meaningful ring, which I couldn’t have done without John’s expertise. After being attacked and bitten by a dog on the hand my ring was bent and damaged (with a crack in the metal) it needed repair and John did a great job reviewing the damage. He fixed and cleaned my ring and adjusted and cleaned a few others that I brought at the same time. All of them look new. He re-etched my father’s handwriting into his ring and did a light polish after something had spilled on it and oxidized the silver. He did exactly what I asked and I’m so happy to have all my rings back 🤣 I added some before photos of my wedding band for reference
