Jco Heating A/C Electrical

I am so grateful for the Jco team! I had no idea what I was doing and my house was very weirdly wired, they got me all set up and were so kind and helpful and affordable for such big tasks to get everything in order. Shoutout to Melissa for her excellent communication and kindness and Todd for his incredible work, customer service and professionalism, I was sent some serious angels to help me get things working around here. They made this entire deal so approachable and easy for me, who is an extremely anxious individual haha

We've been using Jco for our electrical jobs for several years now -- they've always been friendly, up front, easy to work with, and performed quality work. We've had their HVAC techs out before and they've always been friendly and knowledgeable. The office is easy to work with for scheduling, ordering, and paying invoices. This January, we hired Jco to replace our natural gas furnace and AC/heat pump units. They arrived when they were supposed to, they called ahead to confirm times, and were friendly. They worked efficiently and respected our home. When the install was complete, they helped me set up the new thermostat and explained its features and the app that comes with it. Everyone we've dealt with at Jco has been super friendly. Every staff member we've interacted with has been helpful and knowledgeable. Their customer service is kind of unparalleled in this day and age. It's great to support a local business and build such a great relationship with them.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Jco!! They were referred to me by my roommate’s family, who had previously hired them for a ductless heating & cooling installation at their house & were very impressed with their service 🙂 We went with a 3 unit install at my house for full house coverage. Wesley & his crew were very professional, polite, friendly, & hardworking!! Wesley put in a lot of attention to detail & hard work while making sure the ductless units were installed to my liking & in the proper locations. One unit needed to hang where an important wall hanging of mine was - Wesley did a custom install on that unit so we didn’t have to move my wall hanging! He & his crew went above & beyond! The units look & work great! 5 Stars! Highly recommend!! 👌
