Many things were incomplete in our home. Many issues we found after the one year warranty. Many of the issues he “fixed” during the one year warranty fell apart shortly after the warranty expired. We have several electrical issues, internet issues due to no cable tap actually being installed into the pedestal, issues with the sewer...it’s been ridiculous. Do not buy a home built by this company. My neighbors have the same issues. Their warranty is now up and he refuses to fix anything that was clearly due to poor construction.
