Our garage door opener went out and Jacob came out quickly to assess the issue. Our unit was 30 yrs old and repair were no longer available so a new unit was the fix. The technician Matt came out a couple days later and installed the new unit. He explained the installation and new features which the old unit didn’t have. Camera feature especially nice. The unit works smoothly and quietly. Very satisfied with whole process.
We just bought a place that had garage doors. We opened one of the doors and it didn’t stop like it was supposed to. I called Beaver overhead door and Jeremy and Jacob were able to come out the next day and fix the door where it would close. We asked them to go through the doors and make them right. It required and additional trip because they didn’t have the parts on the truck at the time. Jeremy and Jacob came back the following week and fixed the broken parts, added safety devices, and programmed remote openers for us. Jeremy and Jacob were very professional, explained how everything worked they had done. They answered all of our questions and made sure we were happy with the doors before leaving. If I ever have a problem with these doors again they will be my first phone call.
Jacob was awesome to work with. He answered every call and gave us the satisfaction of knowing we made a good decision for what we wanted for our garage look and protection from the winds. Cody and Matthew installed the door and they are a great team. Work completed, door is beautiful. We are happy and would recommend Beaver Garage Doors to everyone looking for a customer service with great quality.
