I cannot say enough good things about this shop!!! Kind, caring, and extremely concerned for their customers well being. We live and work in our van, so when it went out of commission we where in a mess with what to do. Not being able to work had us strapped for funds and when I googled shops that finance, James Automotive was at the top. Eric and I talked it over and decided on a Tuesday to look it over. We didn't make it in and when I'd called the next day he cared, he ask if we were OK first! Then he went about business. After rounding up the funds for a tow, the guys got it in almost as soon as they dropped it off the truck. Catalytic converter is out. We didn't qualify for the financing, and scrambled to find the funds. It took an extra day and a half, and they never rushed us, not once. The mechanic who did our repair, took me out and showed me how the "honeycomb" inside was crumbling and blowing back into the other catalytic converter and causing the clog up. They're not about the money, well in the sense that they're not going to nickel and dime you, the prices here are fair. On a side note, BEING FEMALE WILL NOT GET YOU UN NEEDED COSTS HERE!!! THEY TAKE YOU TO YOUR VEHICLE AND EXPLAIN EXACTLY WHATS GOING ON AND WHAT REPAIRS YOU ACTUALLY NEED!!! THANK YOU GUYS SO, SO MUCH FOR BEING GOOD, HONEST PEOPLE!!!!!
