I had them on three active jobs over the last 2.5 months. Technicians were unsuccessful in completing any of the work while they were on it. Work had to be redirected to a different vendor based on Jackson Heating & Air's lack of urgency, negligence, and spotty communication. Even after countless phone calls throughout that time span, no work completion was verified. How does it take over 2 months to hang heaters that are already on a job site?? I will never be using them again and advise no one else to either.

They installed my new water heater. The guy was great, worked quickly and got everything set up for a good amount less than my other quotes. Cleaned up after himself well and left it looking much better than the previous installation.

Quick to action when they are called and everyone on that team is top notch. Christian did a great job with our last project, and he kept me up to date as things progressed, right to the finish.
