Took my ps5 in to get the hdmi port fixed did it in a timely manner before the storm hits tonight great price working like new thanks jack the only reason I took it was from the reviews and thought it was bs but the reviews don't lie I will recommend him to anyone I know and don't
mr. jack was great! i had bought a preowned nintendo 3ds xl and the analog button looked a little chewed. i called mr. jack and he told me he was able to do it & gave me a reasonable price. i came in, was greeted, dropped it off with the piece i wanted exchanged & he called me back in less than an hour saying it was ready. very friendly and fixed the piece with no issues. would come back again!
I was terrified at 1st because I never heard of them, but after taking a leap of faith and trusting, they had my console fixed and ready in 30 min. My Fan stopped working and was overheating my Xbox X/S. I called and asked how soon could I bring it in to be fixed, didn't even have to leave it. In and out in no time, same day fix and no complaints. I highly recommend these guys who are definitely certified by Microsoft.
