mr. jack was great! i had bought a preowned nintendo 3ds xl and the analog button looked a little chewed. i called mr. jack and he told me he was able to do it & gave me a reasonable price. i came in, was greeted, dropped it off with the piece i wanted exchanged & he called me back in less than an hour saying it was ready. very friendly and fixed the piece with no issues. would come back again!

Jack was amazing! My son’s PS5 had a broken HDMI port, and he fixed it in just 30 minutes. The service was fast, professional, and reasonably priced. My son’s so happy to have his game system working again! Highly recommend Jack if you need any console repairs.

I was terrified at 1st because I never heard of them, but after taking a leap of faith and trusting, they had my console fixed and ready in 30 min. My Fan stopped working and was overheating my Xbox X/S. I called and asked how soon could I bring it in to be fixed, didn't even have to leave it.
