I had to have my son's Ford Ranger repaired quickly. I live out of state. John was very understanding and transparent with the repair. Sending pics and videos of what was wrong. This was a repair that his local competition had made just 2 weeks earlier. Nothing like paying for the same repair twice. Well here’s the short of the long story, me and my fiancé are from New York and we were coming back up from Florida when our drive shaft snapped on the interstate. We were screwed and needed to find a shop ASAP. So here we are stranded in West Virginia and we pull up to this shop and John took a look and took care of us. Extremely professional and knowledgeable, and was able to install a brand new drive shaft the same day and we were happily on our way. He’s extremely compassionate and everyone we came across in this shop was so kind and had nothing but positive things to say about his service and him individually. Despite breaking down, I’m glad we did so close to this shop. If you’re in the area, don’t worry, John can fix it.
