I could not imagine needing help and calling anyone else. This is the second time they have been to my home and both times have been amazing service. This time especially... my oven was fixed so quickly, I didn't even realize the job was done. Meanwhile a potential electrical fire was averted. They were quick, on time, professional, courteous... all the things you could ask for. Ten stars...
Excellent service! I have trusted this company for several years with different types of appliances. They clearly explain the problem, offer good tips on appliance maintenance, keep the work area spotless, and are simply nice people. There is nothing this company can't repair, even the toughest challenges.
Showed up the day I called them and were very upfront and honest about the cost of repair vs replacement. Ended up deciding to replace the appliance rather than repair it. Didn't charge me for the bad news which was refreshing. Tech guys were very friendly and knowledgably. I didn't get to experience their full service but I would recommend them to anyone based on their great attitude and quick response.
