We have been customers for over 5 years and have always been very pleased with the service! I have had them replace numerous batteries and screens on a variety of iPhone models (we have 9 members in our family with phones), along with repair of various other issues. They are always friendly, prompt, reliable with completing whatever repair we need, usually within an hour or so. I have never had any issues or problems with the repairs when finished. I give this business my highest possible recommendation!
Alex was very knowledgeable and prompt with replacing batteries on two iPhones. Other places wanted us to make an appointment and then it was going to be several hours for each phone once they were able to get to them. Alex had them both done in no time, same day service. I would HIGHLY Recommend using ITech.
I had a great experience getting my iPhone 15 plus battery repair with these guys. The staff was professional and explained everything to me in detail before starting the repair. The service was pretty fast and the price was also fair. My battery is working amazing. I really appreciate the great customer service and efficiency. I definitely recommend them and will be going back myself if ever needed.
MAYBE USE THE APPLE STORE IF YOU HAVE AN iPhone AND NEED A DIAGNOSTIC LETTER-
My iPhone started having issues, and my cell phone insurance company needed a letter explaining what was wrong before they’d cover the repair. I wasn’t sure what to do, so I went to this store and paid $25 for a diagnostic. They told me the issue verbally, but when I asked for a written report (the document my insurance required), I was told it would cost $50.
For comparison, the Apple Store gave me the same written report for free and had it ready in about 10 minutes.
I think there’s definitely room for improvement in communication and consistency. When I called ahead, I was told the diagnostic was $25—no mention of the extra fee for the document and I told them exactly what I needed upfront. It would have been helpful to know about the extra fee when I called or before deciding to move forward with their service.
When I dropped my phone off, I also mentioned that money was tight and I wasn’t sure what to do. A little honesty or advice in that moment—like suggesting the Apple Store if cost was an issue—would have gone a long way.
That kind of kindness would have made me a loyal customer and someone who’d happily recommend them to others.
I believe you guys are wonderful at what you do, but could benefit from a few simple SOPs.
