Esteban did a fantastic job replacing the display and the case on my iPod. Looks brand new. If you have an iPod you need fixed, he is the perfect person for the job. Very reasonably priced, quick turnaround times, and very friendly staff.
iRevive helped me avert a Macbook crisis. My laptop stop charging with the power box/cable. My time today was limited but I called and setup an appointment. The customer service was OUTSTANDING!!! A quick test was done and the initial thoughts were my power box/cable weren't stable. A diagnostic was done and the crisis was averted with me buying a new power box. PHEW!!! Next time my laptop (or phone) gives me issues, I will absolutely make iRevive my first choice. Thanks iRevive for the great customer experience today.
Extremely quick turn time. Extremely kind and helpful staff. Extremely knowledgeable techs. I could slap my own self in the face for not knowing about them for the past 9 years as I have been a Mac user since 2005. I had 5 -6 key issues on my daughter's 2018 Macbook Air that were fixed without issue. The fan was running too long and after a quick check they found that the battery needed replacement. It now works like it was band new. I also had a battery replaced in my 11" iPad Pro (Which I love)....and now that works like a champ.... I will be doing business with iRevive far into the future.
