As a general contractor I have a variety of small custom metal fab projects that need to be completed in a short timeframe. Ipaco has done quality work for me many times completing work within a day or two turn around. I am very impressed and highly recommend.
They are professionals and eager to help. They sell and repair riding mowers and parts. They will even pick up, repair, and return your mower to your house for a fee. They have a long and respected history in the valley.
I’m local to this business. Spoke to parts guy a week ago ++ about getting a new engine. Parts guy said he got all my engine specs and said he return a call with pricing. Never heard from him. Called again 10 days later and put me on hold and phone started ringing again automatically. Nobody picked up. Strange. Word to management. You are wasting payroll on staff. They should be calling customers back when the first chance they get when they have no customers in front of them at the counter. Taking my business somewhere else online. Next!
Horrible customer service and zero communication! In April we ordered a part for a pressure washer. They said the part would be here within two weeks. We never got a call and ended up contacting them. Then they said the part was on back order and it wouldn't come in until August. Fine, we could wait. Months passed and still never heard from them. Now mid-September we reached out again to find that the manufacturer for the part was no longer available. It's clear they were never going to make us aware of this or initiate a refund for the $150 part. Not a trustworthy or responsible business!
I'm not a huge fan of writing a ton of reviews but I believe these guys deserve it. I've been back multiple times and so far so good. Get the vibe that they care and they are helpful. The employees haven't been moody either which is a huge plus. They have always had a positive solution to what problem you are trying to solve. So far so good.
