Team Builders had Iowa Wall do quite a bit of painting for us and overall I was very happy with the outcome. Iowa Wall fixed two areas in my new bathroom where the countertop installer had used the wrong kind of caulk and therefore the caulk/paint by it looked absolutely terrible. It took a few attempts but the Iowa Wall guy got it looking really good. We also had bedrooms and our whole main level painted, and they did a great job on that. Lastly, they painted door jambs/did touchups after we had new doors put in and after we had some drywall repair. They did have to come back for touchups a few times at my request. But they did come back and in the end I was happy with it. No one is checking in after the jobs to check on the completeness, so that is one thing to know — you will have to say something yourself if you are not happy or if something got missed. But I would use them again and recommend them.

I will never use Iowa Wall again and I will not recommend them to anyone. Their work was sloppy and unprofessional. Communication was nonexistent. Big piles of wet mud left on the floor in multiple rooms. Incomplete corners. Outlet covered in kitchen causing bowed wall and problems installing microwave. Seams dropping/bubbling up off ceiling. Sloppy cut outs (wiring chewed up in at least one outlet) and plumbing pipes forced through incorrectly cut holes. Unfinished corners. Unfinished/sloppy finished seams. Broken/crumbling pieces used. Inconsistent texturing even after call back. Quick to get on sight, but no communication unless I call them. And when I call, I can't reach my rep... Nope... I have to leave a message. He would call back, but not always after the first voicemail. No follow up on complaints/call back. No one checking for customer satisfaction. No one confirming job was done or ensuring clean up was complete.
