It's like the day we moved in. Dan is not only a true expert in cleaning, sanitizing, and odor removal; he showed me how to clean and service my furnace to further improve our air quality. He provides a personalized service that the big companies in town just cannot match. First he checked out the state of our carpets and explained exactly what we needed and why. I appreciate not paying for extra stuff we don't need. He explained the process for pet odor removal, cleaning, and after care. He even left us some product for free in case the pup doesn't make it outside again. On cleaning day he was fast but thorough, and was very careful with our home. I was interested in the process and Dan very kindly showed me his kit and explained the process in detail. At the end the carpet was soft and uniformly clean! We had one really tough spot and he swung by the next day to make sure it wasn't coming back. Dan really cares about the quality of his work. He isn't going to leave until you're 100% satisfied.
