I've been in the industry for 30 years. Alex came to our house to give us an estimate. He boldly lied to my mother and I about what they do. Alex told us that he will fill all cracks and gaps before they sand. The first day thru showed up I handed him the filler we already had and wanted them to use and he said they color match the fill at the end. Now the job is done and he said he never told us he would fill the gaps. If that was the case I would've done the job myself. Lazy, unprofessional, liars. Do not use this company.
