ICS is a great partner to have for IT services. Daniel F. was super helpful with our recent office move and everything went so smooth. We could not have done this office move without the help from Daniel and his team. ICS is a top notch company with very knowledgeable technicians and quick response time.
I have been in the tech field for several decades and just took on a new job as a Sr. Engineer for a communications company. With ICS they made my onboarding super smooth as I needed my work computer to have many tools and settings configured in order to do my job. I have had to deal with many MSP's over the years and at only my second week, ICS has proven to be AWESOME. They are super friendly and most importantly very good at what they do and I love how they focus on security. I would have to send a big shout out to Jim as he has been my go to he is super quick on response and any issue no matter how big or small always happy to help. And he is very knowledgeable and gets me fixed up in a matter of minutes. Someone give Jim a pat on the back!
