Rodney and Deb's crew came to my home exactly as they were scheduled and completed the work beautifully and professionally. Install America was the only windows company out of the dozen I called who would work with me on the new windows I needed and also the screens I needed to replace on windows that were fine. They are the friendliest and nicest people from start to finish.
Our initial appointment was postponed, however, they called early enough to reschedule and they were very apologetic. When they arrived for the appointment, the next day, they arrived earlier than scheduled. They were quick and professional and everything looks great! They cleaned up after themselves, inside and outside. We've already gotten several compliments on the new windows! It looks like a different house, for the better. We recommend!
The Installation Crew from Install America Gastonia NC did a superb job! Dwayne and his crew, Conner and Mason were very professional. They worked hard to repair the many issues we had with our old windows. They were careful with removing the old windows. They repaired and replaced any rotten wood. Then completed the install of 18 windows and they look great! Dwayne and his crew rechecked all windows many times. The clean up was excellent. They can be trusted to do a great job!

Deb and Rodney arrived on time and worked diligently for 2 days installing our windows. They were courteous and provided professional installation. Their work was meticulous and the result was not only beautiful, but quality! We’re looking forward to cost savings with heating and cooling as well as the beauty these window have brought to our home. I would recommend Deb and Rodney! They have done a great job for us!
